Spencer: I'm swinging with my eyes closed!
Mommy: Really? What does that feel like?
Spencer: It feels like I'm heading off to dreamland. Or like I'm going to fly up and crash into the tree.
Mommy: (laughing) You are so funny. I'll have to write that down.Spencer: Yeah, that would be good. And also I feel like I'm gonna land in the garden or the compost. Is that funny too? Are you gonna write that down?
Mommy: If I can remember it all I will.
Spencer: Yeah. Try to remember because that is so funny to write down. Only if you do write it down, do not send it to school with me to give to my teacher because I do not know what she will think about me then.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! I thought it couldn't get any funnier, and then I read his last sentence, about not knowing what his teacher would think of him. Oh my land, what a gem. I'm so glad you wrote it down! (All of it!)
You have no idea how much I'm missing these kids and all the cute things they say, especially the Spencerisms
