On Tuesday I went in to the Children's Place to check out their clearance deals. I pulled a little shirt off the rack that had a pony on it. Kaya saw it and snatched it from my hands, hugging it tightly. I knew that I would be buying the shirt. As soon as we got home, she wanted to put it on. And she has worn it every day since for the last 4 days. (It is a battle to get it off of her at night, but we usually manage to convince her that it'll be waiting for her in the morning all nice and clean). I'm now wishing that I had gotten a second identical shirt.
Do any of your kids have favorite items that they just can't live without?

HaHa. I remember when I had the coolest 'tiger' shirt ever. I wore it all the time. Drove my mom nuts. And, I was in junior high.
As for favorite things, my Krissy has a little skort outfit she would wear everyday if she could. My hubby hates it. He said, "That is all she ever wears." Even in the winter. Kids are so fun though.
That is so cute. Bentley used to be super attached to 3 little tagless Children's Place tees. I think most people thought they were all the clothes he owned. Right now he'd wear his Mario shirts every day but I'm not nice enough to wash them like you and just tell him they are dirty and he'll have to wait! Isabel is attached to her zip-up hoodies and wears them way more than I'd prefer.
Ashley wears a hoody all the time, even to church. Adrian is the same way when he is not in uniform. As far as Rebecca goes she has a pair of shoes that she loves. I bought them for her from DI for $1.00 and she will wear them everyday if I let her. When she was teething she would bite on them so they are starting to fall apart. Kevin hates them and they are starting to get too small for her. I have to find some similar very soon!
Jenna has a yellow summer dress. She loves wearing it. She says it is her Belle dress. She also has a blue dress that is her Cinderella dress.
Tristan has a pair of red basketball shorts and a shirt that matches that he loves wearing. He also has an orange long sleeve shirt.
Tristan and Jenna also love their blankets. Brody used to have a blanket but he lost it.
I love it! Everyone has had their favorite items, but they have grown out of them. Jessi's was her tan hat, Tyson's was a football shirt that used to be Todds as well as a colorful button up the front shirt. (now it is skinny jeans and v neck shirts), (Justin's wow can't remember anything right now. I guess he was really versatile!) , Shonee's was dresses, Brecken didn't have a favorite as I can remember, but he is picky with his clothes, (no long sleeves, no stripes, and he prefers no collars, but he likes three buttons down the front! Try shopping for him for Christmas!) Cherish these memories and pictures!
